I am Rachel Simonne Balfour, though professionally I go by Rachel Simonne, and I am a wife, bonus mother, speaker, creative, and serial entrepreneur. I help women to reconnect with their identity, reclaim their confidence, and walk boldly in purpose spiritually, emotionally, and practically.

My journey didn’t begin on a stage or in a business plan. I was raised in a single parent household as the youngest of four. I often felt like I was searching for a place to belong. Wanting to be included, yet not fully blending in at home or in the world. That sense of displacement became the seed of my life’s work: helping others find their voice, their power, and their place.

Today, I stand in both ministry and the marketplace, called to impact mountains and industries where women are assigned. I am academically educated holding three degrees and currently pursuing my doctorate because I believe in pairing revelation with education, and faith with strategy. Through coaching, content, and community, I guide women through transitions, healing, and bold identity shifts that unlock purpose.
